Paula De Oliveira Silva is a Chicago-based professional makeup artist, entertainment specialist, and wardrobe stylist with over 16 years of experience in the entertainment industry. In 2016, she founded her own production company, Paula Silva Artistry Co. where she continues to deliver high-quality creative services.

Her passion for the arts began at an early age, with a strong foundation in fine arts, particularly painting and sculpting. She later expanded her expertise by studying special effects makeup at Tom Savini’s Special Makeup Effects Program. Paula further pursued her academic journey at DePaul University, where she focused on Fine Arts with an emphasis on painting.

Throughout her career, Paula has held key leadership roles, including Artistic Director, Head Makeup Artist, and Costume Stylist for Zhantra Entertainment Chicago. Her talent has taken her across the country, with professional engagements in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. She has contributed her artistry to major large-scale productions and music festivals including; Ultra Music Festival, Lollapalooza, Electric Daisy Carnival, the Indy 500, Arc Music Festival, and Spring Awakening.

Paula’s skill set is diverse and adaptable, ranging from avant-garde body painting and special effects prosthetics to natural bridal makeup, corporate headshots, and editorial fashion work. She also offers meticulous wardrobe styling services, ensuring a cohesive and elevated experience for any event or production.
